Baguette Module
Long moulding of bread and rolls, automatic or manual panning of a wide range of products - our Baguette Module turns your pastry line into an all-purpose line.
The Rondo Doge Baguette Module moulds bread and rolls, such as baguettes, sandwich rolls and hot dog buns. These are then automatically panned onto baking trays. One, two or three-up production is possible.
The Baguette Module forms part of a production line.
An ideal production line consists for example of a Smartline dough band former, a pastry line, such as Rondolino, Jumbolino or Compactline and the Baguette Module. It makes your make-up table more versatile and turns it into an efficient and flexible line for bread and roll production.
