Industrial zero-stress dough band former

OSCAR has been designed for processing very delicate dough, such as soft yeast dough with an extremely high water content, as well as all other types of dough. It treats the dough very gently. Without shear stress, without an extruding action, the dough structure is maintained resulting in higher quality products.

OSCAR can be used as an independent unit, or fitted to fully automatic production lines.
