Rondostar-Cutomat

Rondostar-Cutomat is a combined electronic sheeter, which can be used for both sheeting of all types of dough and subsequently for cutting and finishing the product. With Rondostar-Cutomat you can produce attractive pastry products in a very small surface area.

Easy production of pastry products

The Rondostar-Cutomat is extremely user-friendly; it has individual programmes for all types of pastry and for all operations. With Rondostar-Cutomat you can produce uniform attractive products day after day.

With gentle reduction steps, the pastry is sheeted down to the programmed final thickness. Dusting flour is dispersed precisely and regularly over the dough sheet. When the sheeting process is completed, the machine switches automatically into cutting speed and the dough band is transported slowly and without tension to the cutting station. The cutting rollers are lowered, and the necessary pressure for a clean cut is applied. The cutting speed is adjustable allowing an uninterrupted workflow.A wide variety of cutting rollers provide an unlimited range of attractive products.

Userfriendly PLC control

Rondostar-Cutomat has a colour touch screen with large, meaningful and easily understandable symbols. For easy programming and easy handling, the layout of the machine is visualised on the screen. The operator is guided step by step through the menu.

Rondostar-Cutomat has a memory capacity of 100 programs. For security reason, the programs can be saved on data storage medium.

Robust design in stainless steel

Rondostar-Cutomat is based on the latest electronic sheeter, the Rondostar 4000. The base, housing, flour duster and tables are made of stainless steel. The machine has smooth surfaces with no visible screws. All these features, combined with the proven scraper system, make cleaning straightforward and fast.
