Rondo MLC

An innovative concept for continuous production of dough bands and billets

Rondo Modular Laminating Concept (Rondo MLC) consists of six modular lines, which are, at any time, easily expandable to a fully automatic laminating line. As the control system is also modular, new modules are attached simply to the existing ones. A modification or an exchange of the control system is not necessary.

With a working width of 600 mm Rondo MLC can be integrated perfectly into existing pastry lines. Rondo MLC is equipped with a clear, easily operated touch screen and a PLC control system. The modules are made from stainless steel and are easy to clean.

Rondo MLC makes the step into automated production very easy

Being truly modular the line is, at any time, expandable by further modules. Since also the control system is of modular structure, it must neither be modified nor exchanged with an extension.

Rondo MLC increases the productivity

Time-consuming operations as weighing out of dough billets and pieces of fat are completely eliminated. This reduces the production costs as well as the lower personnel requirements for running a Rondo MLC compared to run some sheeters. In addition Rondo MLC leads to a improvement of the product quality due to the homogeneous fat and paste layers.

Economical and professional dough processing

Rondo MLC opens completely new possibilities for economical and professional dough processing. By its modularity Rondo MLC matches the demand of an expanding business and leaves all options open for future developments.
