Versatility and flexibility
The cutting table provides efficient production over a large range of pastry products. Working procedure is simple: the dough band is automatically unreeled and cut into regular shapes.One to four people can comfortably work on a cutting table. Models of 2.6 m and 3.6 m are available, both with optional variable speed.
There are numerous cutting rollers available:

- rectangles
- round and oval pieces
- special shapes
A cutting table and a Rondo Doge sheeter are the ideal combination for the craft baker producing a variety of products.
