At Interpack Rondo Doge centres on its competence in producing different types of bread and rolls from a dough band. This process offers significant advantages over solutions with a dough divider. The quality of the final product is demonstrably better, as the dough structure is not damaged during the production process. In addition, such a line offers a particularly high degree of flexibility with respect to the type and size of the breads and rolls produced, allowing a rapid response to changing market needs.
At Interpack Rondo Doge will demonstrate the further development of its well known special bread line. This industrial line, which is more than twenty meters long, is characterised by its versatile production capabilities. It can produce baguettes in different versions, grain rolls, Focaccia and Ciabatta, whilst on the other hand, processing the dough in a very gentle way. Other advantages of this modern production line are the innovative control system with advanced user navigation and the modern hygiene properties.
This special bread line will meet the needs of the baking industry for high efficiency, easy cleaning and comfortable operation. Numerous innovative features and a modular concept fulfil the demand from the market for high flexibility in a wide area of applications.

As usual Rondo Doge will do live demonstrations with dough. On the industrial special bread line equipped with a long-moulding unit Rondo Doge will produce several types of bread every day.
