on industrial applications Rondo Doge displays samples of its wide range of equipment for the industrial production of croissants, pastry, pizza and bread. Exhibits, like the dough band former OSCAR 3, the universal filling depositor and others offer the possibility to see and feel the high standard of construction of Rondo Doge's industrial equipment.
Production lines
For automatic production, Rondo Doge is exhibiting two complete production lines.
One line consists of one modular laminating system; Rondo MLC and the brand-new make-up line Starline.
The second line consists of the zero stress dough band former Smartline and the innovative make-up line Polyline.
Reversible sheeters
As a sample of its extensive range of mechanical and electronic sheeters, Rondo Doge is exhibiting the brand-new electronic sheeter Rondostar 4000. Made of stainless steel and equipped with an easy-to-use colour touch screen, this sheeter represents the state-of-the-art.
Live demonstrations with dough
Rondo Doge has a long standing tradition of performing live demonstrations and that tradition continues at the IBIE 2007 with dough demonstrations on Rondo MLC and Starline as well as on Smartline and Polyline.
