Rondo Doge on Europain
In hall 4, at booth H52 Rondo Doge presents interesting new developments in its range of bakery and food processing equipment and systems. For industrial producers, automated medium size businesses and for craft bakeries, Rondo Doge offers smart solutions for the production of pastry, bread and rolls as well as other products.
One example is the further development of the Rondo Doge’s well known special bread line which will be shown on Europain. This industrial line, which is more than 20 meters long, is characterised by versatile production capabilities. It can produce baguettes in different versions, grain rolls, Foccacia and Ciabatta, whilst on the other hand, processing the dough in a very gentle way. Other advantages of this modern production line are the innovative control system with advanced user navigation and the modern hygiene properties.
Rondo Doge furthermore is showing new solutions for sheeting, product make-up and dough laminating for industrial and semi-industrial bakeries.
Craft bakers will also find attractive innovations on Rondo Doge's booth. The new mechanical sheeters 'Rondomat' and 'Econom' setting a new standard in terms of high performance, easy cleaning and ergonomic operation.
A full program of demonstrations
As usual Rondo Doge will do live demonstrations with dough on all the machines and lines. One of the highlights is surely the industrial special bread line equipped with a long-moulding unit. Such a line configuration so far has never before been demonstrated on an exhibition. In addition Rondo Doge is making live demonstrations with croissants, ciabatta and different types of pastries.
