Rondo Doge at SIAB and ABTech

 

From 5 May to 9 May two interesting fairs for the baking industry take place in Italy. One is the SIAB exhibition in Verona and the other ABTech in Milan. Rondo Doge is present at both exhibitions and exhibits a wide range of machines and equipment for bakeries from large to small.


SIAB the art of fine pastry production

Rondo Doge presents at SIAB an installation, which will interest, in particular, medium and large bakery enterprises. The Rondo MLC L-Block Line combined with the new Starline pastry make up  line. Rondo MLC L-Block Line is a laminating line for automatic production of dough blocks. The line is part of the innovative Rondo Modular Laminating Concept, which offers an easy entrance into continuous bakery production.

The new pastry line “Starline” is design for industrial use and offers a large number of advantages. It has a cable duct mounted above the line, avoiding any chance of contamination and a comfortable microprocessor control system.
There will be live pastry demonstrations of both lines several times a day. In addition the new Rondostar 4000 electronic sheeter will be on show and demonstrated.



ABTech shows the versatility of automatic production

At ABTech Rondo Doge shows several mechanical and electronic sheeters and the Croissomat SCMG for the production of filled croissants. The highlight of this fair is surely a production line consisting of a Smartline with Smart Feeder, Polyline and panning machine.

Smartline is a stress free dough processing line that can handle a huge variety of dough types, including very soft pastry, sweet yeast pastry, short dough, croissant and puff pastry.

Polyline is the new fine pastry line for smaller to middle size enterprises. Due to the modular concept, Polyline can be adapted optimally to the respective operating conditions.

This production line makes the automatic production of numerous products possible, from Ciabatta to fine pastries. This flexibility and wide variety of application shows Rondo Doge several times a day live with demonstrations with dough.

Visiting Rondo Doge in Milan or in Verona is worthwhile for all visitors looking for high quality machines and lines for the production of pastry, bread, bread rolls and pizza, plus smart and clever concepts for dough processing.
