On industrial applications Rondo Doge displays samples of its wide range of equipment for the industrial production of croissants, pastry, pizza and bread. Production lines
For automatic production, Rondo Doge is exhibiting two complete production lines:
One line consists of one modular laminating system; Rondo MLC and the brand-new make-up line Starline.
The innovative Rondo Modular Laminating Concept (Rondo MLC) is designed for the continuous production of laminated dough blocks and dough bands. This concept was developed to close the gap between artisanal and high-automated industrial production. With its modularity, the Rondo MLC is easily expandable, at any time.
The make-up line Starline is designed for industrial use and stands for outstanding performance, maximum robustness as well as for ease of operation and trendsetting hygiene.
The second line consists of the zero stress dough band former Smartline and the innovative make-up line Polyline.
The unique adjustable Satellite head is the heart of the Smartline making it a truly universal dough band former. Thank to this patented feature, Smartline processes gently the whole range of doughs, from bread to yeast and short dough as well as all types of laminated dough.
Polyline is a make-up line for smaller and medium bakeries. From standard modules, a suitable line for each customer can be composed. That is modularity at the highest level
Reversible sheeters
As a sample of its extensive range of mechanical and electronic sheeters, Rondo Doge is exhibiting the brand-new electronic sheeter Rondostar 4000. Made of stainless steel and equipped with an easy-to-use colour touch screen, this sheeter represents the state-of-the-art.
Live demonstrations with dough
Rondo Doge has a long standing tradition of performing live demonstrations and that tradition continues at the IBIE 2007 with dough demonstrations on Rondo MLC and Starline as well as on Smartline and Polyline.
