On the occassion of Europain in Paris Rondo Doge presents a new generation of sheeters: Rondomat, Rondomat-Cutomat and Econom. Whether for bakeries, hotels, restaurants or canteens, Rondo Doge has the ideal sheeters to suit all requirements.
Craft bakeries attach great importance to expertise and experience. They know, that the quality of the pastries is already determined at dough sheeting. The sheeter is one of the key machines in the entire production process, which is why, ease of operation and ease of cleaning are very important, alongside the sheeter's performance and sturdiness. Very important is also the wide range of applications. The sheeters are suitable for all dough types and allow gentle treatment, down to the finest thickness.
Rondo Doge sheeters suit these requirements. All dough types, from puff, croissant and Danish pastry to yeast, short crust and filo dough can be processed. The machines stand out for their gentle sheeting, thereby keeping the fat and dough layers intact while booking. Optimum ratio between the infeed and outfeed speed allows to produce exact dough bands down to the lowest final thickness.
Rondomat – the sheeter for small to medium size bakeries
The Rondomat is a powerful sheeter for a big range of applications. It is absolutely reliable, no matter, what type of pastry is processed. Thanks to the powerful main drive, the table width of 650 mm, the roller gap of up to 45 mm and the high sheeting speed, it is easily possible to feed a cutting table, a croissant machine or a make-up line.
Working with the Rondomat is particularly pleasant, due to the intelligent and ergonomic design. The machine is equipped with an ergonomically shaped and extra-long grip, enabling the operator to work with minimum effort. Thanks to the clearly legible scale and the end-thickness stop, it is easy to produce consistent dough bands, the basis for uniform products. A bar protects the operating elements and makes it easy to move the machine.
The modern design of the Rondomat is characterized by smooth and hygienic surfaces. There are no visible screws or dirt traps. Therefore cleaning is very easy and time-saving.
Rondomat is designed for heavy-duty use. The A-frame base, machine tables, table supports, dough catch trays and finger guards are not only exceptionally robust, they are also made off stainless steel.
Rondomat-Cutomat – a combined sheeter and cutting table for small bakeries, hotels, restaurants, pizza shops and canteens
The Rondomat-Cutomat has all the advantages of the Rondomat sheeter, in addition it is equipped with a dual cutting station and variable cutting speed.
First the dough is gently sheeted to the set final thickness. The dough band rests on the right hand table and can relax. The speed is switched to the cutting mode and the Rondomat-Cutomat becomes a cutting conveyor as both belts run at exactly the same speed. The dough band is slowly transferred to the cutting station. The cutting rollers are lowered and perfectly shaped products are cut. For all product types, individual cutting knives are available.
The cutting station can be operated easily from the front and the cutting pressure can be adjusted individually to the dough consistency. Counter pressure rollers under the belt ensure positive cutting with a minimum of pressure.
Econom – the sheeter for small bakeries, hotels, restaurants, pizza shops and canteens
For bakeries, where space is at a premium, the Econom sheeter is the perfect solution. It combines compactness with performance. Both the table top and the A-frame base model, sheet all types of dough with great accuracy.
Thanks to the hygienic design, cleaning the Econom takes not time at all: Its surfaces are smooth, the motor is completely covered by the flour bin and the end thickness stop is integrated into the housing. Uninterrupted operation calls for clean rollers at all times. That's why Rondo Doge uses a special, tried and tested scraper system that reliably removes dough and flour residues. This means that even tricky or very thin dough can be processed without tearing. For cleaning, the scrapers can be removed quickly and without any tools.
The Econom's modern design makes it almost effortless to use. All operating elements are arranged so as to be within easy reach and able to be operated without physical effort. The Econom is built to last and important components, such as the machine tables are made of stainless steel.
