A wide range of feeding possibilities for the Smartline with the new Smart Feeder

With the Smart Feeder Rondo Doge presents a new and unique solution to the world bakery market.

During the manufacture of ciabatta, the Italian speciality bread with up to 80% hydration and a long pre-proofing time, it is extremely difficult to maintain weight accuracy. With the Smart Feeder we pre-form a continuous and homogenous dough band enabling us to produce ciabatta with 30% better weight accuracy. A further advantage gained from the regular thickness and width of the dough band is a 20% reduction of the scrap produced.

The Smart Feeder can pre-form a wide variety of dough types, from highly hydrated to tight compact dough’s. The  dough band thickness is adjustable between 20 to 40 mm, which leads to a wide range of applications. The dough and cell structure is undamaged during the pre-forming process.

Rondo Doge attaches great importance to the cleaning and the hygiene of the machine. The machine is constructed in stainless steel. The hopper is hinged, which gives full access to the discharge rollers and the flour supply tables are easy to remove. The reduction in personnel required to run the line will lead to a return on investment of less than 2 years. A very cost effective solution!
