Smart solutions from Rondo Doge at the Suedback 2007

In hall 7, stand D 29 at the Suedback exhibition in Stuttgart, Germany, Rondo Doge will exhibit some interesting new items of dough processing machinery and systems. Highlights at the Rondo Doge booth include the new product make-up lines, namely Starline and Polyline.

Rondo Doge will also be showing several other machines for dough processing: the new Rondostar 4000 electronic sheeter, the Croissomat SCMG Croissant machine, the well-known Kombi 3000, an electronic machine for long moulding and pastry sheeting in addition to the Rondo MLC modular laminating line. Customers can see the quality and performance of the machines during regular live demonstrations throughout the day.

New Generation of Make-up lines

The product make-up lines Starline and Polyline set new benchmarks concerning high performance, uncomplicated set up and easy cleaning. Both lines promote flexible production, high economy and superb quality of the final baked product. Starline and Polyline are modular and can be produced to the customers’ requirements and available space. The running direction of the lines is optional (from left to right or right to left) which means that they can be perfectly integrated into existing floor space and work flows. The machine tables are made of stainless steel and have extremely robust 45° double fold profiles with smooth surfaces, practically no visible screws and a quick belt release for an easy and quick cleaning. Both lines are prepared with interfaces and inclined infeed sections complete with belt dusting.

Starline - The key player

Starline is a make-up line for industrial use, it can be constructed in different lengths from 8 to 16.8 metres. The electrical cable duct is mounted above the line, outside the contamination area.

Accessories can be positioned at various places on the line enabling the Starline to produce many different products. The operation of the Starline is facilitated by a modern microprocessor control. In addition to the speed of the line you can also input and save the parameter of the powered accessories. This means that the properties for each product can be saved to the program and the quality of baked product remains constant. In fact, irrespective of the current operator, the Starline can be equipped, depending on rate of production, with a pneumatic or a travelling electro-mechanical guillotine. The travelling guillotine allows a higher rate of production and guarantees accurately shaped baked products.

Polyline produces all your products

This is a make-up line for small to medium sized bakeries. Standard modules are provided, which cover in the range of lengths between 3.8 and 7.6 metres. Around this modularity Polyline can be produced to the customers’ requirements and the available space. Even the shortest version will allow you to produce snails and other roll-wound products. This is modularity at the highest level.

The large control panel, with it’s durable washable membrane keyboard has easily understandable graphic symbols. The setting of the machine is therefore easy to understand and independent of languages. The mechanical guillotine can be moved to practically any position on the line, allowing production of a large variety of different products. Motors and plugs are covered and cables are protected in a duct.

Rondo MLC – The step to automation

Rondo MLC (Modular Laminating Concept) is an innovative concept for continuous production of dough bands and billets. It comprises six modular lines, which are all expandable. Because the control system is also based on modular design, new modules can easily be added as required.

Thus, the Rondo MLC grows at the same pace as the bakery and opens new options for the enhancement of the productivity, reduction of cost and the advancement of product quality.

Rondo MLC closes the gap between artisanal and highly automated industrial production.

Rondostar – Perfect quality through consistent automation

With the new electronic sheeter Rondostar 4000 it’s easy to produce regular dough bands, day after day. You operate the Rondostar by means of a colour touch panel with large symbols. The Rondostar has a memory capacity for 100 programs. With tough non-stop operation in mind, the Rondostar is sturdily constructed in stainless steel. The display and the pushbuttons are durable and well protected.

Numerous live demonstrations at the booth

Throughout the day Rondo Doge demonstrates the machines in a production situation with dough. The highlight is the production line consisting of Rondo MLC L-Laminating line, Starline and Compact Panning Machine. Four baked products will be produced on this line.
