Croissomat SCMG for filled and unfilled croissants in best artisan quality

The unique curling concept (patent applied for) allows to process not only croissant pastry, but also puff and Danish pastry, as well as non-laminated yeast dough.

It can be chosen whether tightly or loosely curled Croissants shall be produced, a great advantage especially for unfilled Croissants. Even triangles with manually applied chocolate bars or other solid fillings can be rolled into perfect Croissants.

The hourly capacity is approximately 900 unfilled Croissants per row, and, depending on the quantity of filling, between 500 and 700 filled Croissants per row.

Sizes of croissants

A considerable number of different sized croissants can be produced. Any of the base sizes (B) illustrated can be combined with any of the heights (H) shown, provided they make sense.
Basis (B) in mm: 63, 74, 88, 93, 108, 110, 118, 138, 145, 150, 155, 165, 188, 195  and 205.

Every second row is reversed by 180°.The triangles have not to be turned over, therefore the dusted surface remains always on the top.
